• Gyprock installation nearing completion.

• Joinery install has started.

• Carpentry fix out completed.

• Internal painting continues.

 

Building 3 – (Lots 9 – 13)

• Gyprock installation to begin this week .

• Electrical and Plumbing rough in completed.

• Cladding to begin this week (9/10).

 

Building 4 – (Lots 14 – 17)

• All roofs completed.

• Frame tie down completed

• Window install to begin mid-October

• Building Wrap to start mid this month with cladding to begin by the end of the month.
