- This month’s inclement weather has caused delays to work on site, however trades have been able to progress during dry periods.
- Brickworks are approximately 90% complete.
- Timber framing has commenced to 3 of the 4 concrete slabs and is approximately 40% complete.
- Roof framing timbers have been delivered to site, which will be installed as the framing progresses.
Lilly Apartments Are Progressing!
Heavy rains in the area have delayed external works in shared spaces and on apartment balconies. However, trades have still been progressing during dry periods. Find out the latest updates from the construction team below.
- Render and paint to shared spaces are now 90% complete, with tiling to level 4 walkways now at 90% completion. Balustrade fence installation has also commenced to level 4, with trades working from the top down.
- Ground floor A/C units have been installed, whitegoods are 90% complete and plumbing fixtures are also 90% complete.
- Level 1 internal tiling is 90% complete, cabinetry is 90% complete, whitegoods are 50% complete, plumbing fixtures are 50% complete. Balcony balustrades have commenced.
- Level 2 internal tiling is 90% complete, cabinetry is 90% complete, plumbing fixtures install has commenced, balcony balustrades has also commenced.
- Level 3 internal and balcony tiling has commenced, cabinetry is 80% complete.
- Level 4 Balcony tiling is 60% complete, balcony balustrades install is 80% complete. All wall sheeting has now been installed. Flushing and sanding of the walls is 80% complete, with painters progressing as these works complete.
