Poolside Terraces Construction Continues
There has been more progress on site at Summerlin Banyo. Get all the latest updates from the construction team below.
- All concrete slabs have now been poured.
- Brickworks have now commenced to 3 of the 4 concrete slabs and is approximately 25% complete.
- Timber framing has been delivered to site, with installation commenced to 1 of the 4 concrete slabs and is approximately 20% complete.
Lilly Apartments Construction Update
Lilly Apartments construction is progressing. Hear the latest from the construction team below.
- All roof works are complete.
- External rendering, finishes and painting is at 20% complete
- With roof works complete, scaffolders have commenced dismantling and will progress further as external finishes are completed.
- Render and painting have commenced to all shared space areas such as hallways and stairwells.
- Architraves, skirtings, lights, fittings, and wet area tiling has commenced to the ground floor. Cabinetry is at 70% complete.
- Cabinetry to level 1 is at 60% complete. Lights and fittings installation has commenced.
- Lights and fittings have commenced to level 2.
- Level 3 has had walls sheeted and flushed, with painting commencing this week.
- Level 4 internal wall framing now 100% complete to level 4.
- All plumbing and electrical rough ins are complete.
