Bulk earthworks have been complete, along with a detailed cut across the whole slab area now complete.

The surveyor has now marked out grid lines, foundation layouts, lift pit and perimeter wall for excavation.

Brickworks to all slabs for the building structures are now complete.

Timber framing has now commenced to all structures and is approximately 60% complete.

Roof framing timbers have been installed to the east side of the lots and will progress as the timber framing is complete.

Structural steel installation has progressed with the timber install and is currently 40% complete.

Render and paint to shared spaces are 90% complete. Tiling to the walkways has now progressed down to level 2. Balustrade fence installation has progressed down to level 3. The scaffolding will be dismantled as the external finishes are completed.

Ground floor whitegoods installation is at 90%, Plumbing fixtures are now complete. Internal floor finishes (including carpets) have commenced install and are at 50% complete.

Level 1 internal tiling is 95% complete, cabinetry is 90% complete, whitegoods are 80% complete, plumbing fixtures are 90% complete, Balcony balustrades are 50% complete. Internal floor finishes (including carpets) have commenced install and are at 50% complete.

Level 2 internal tiling is 95% complete, cabinetry is 90% complete, plumbing fixtures are 80% complete, balcony balustrades are 60% complete, internal floor finishes (including carpets) have commenced install.

Level 3 internal tiling is 50% complete, balcony tiling is 90% complete, cabinetry is 80% complete, Plumbing fixtures install has commenced and is 20% complete.

Level 4 Internal tiling is 70% complete, balcony tiling is 90% complete, balcony balustrades are now complete, flush and sanding of the walls are complete, with painters 80% complete, plumbing fixtures install has commenced and is 20% complete.
