• Recent inclement weather has unfortunately delayed detailed excavations works – the builder has a
water pump on site to drain water and accelerate drying out the area to continue works.
• Pad and strip footing foundation excavations are currently at 60%.
• Foundation REO delivery is scheduled for late next week pending above re-excavation and
dewatering progress.
• REO and concrete installation is booked to proceed pending above to start works early August.
• Timber framing has commenced to all structures and is approximately 70% complete.
• Roof framing timber install is progressing as the timber framing structures are complete.
• Structural steel installation has progressed with the timber install and is currently 80% complete.
• Electricians have commenced rough in works.
• Plumbers have commenced rough in works.
• Render and paint to shared spaces are 95% complete. Tiling to the walkways has now progressed
down to level 1. Balustrade fence installation has progressed down to level 1. The scaffolding has
now been lowered to level 1 at the rear of the property. Lot fencing has commenced install.
• Ground floor whitegoods installation is at 90%. Internal floor finishes (including carpets) are at 60%
complete. External blockwork to ground floor properties will commence this month.
• Level 1 internal tiling is now complete, cabinetry is now complete, whitegoods are 80% complete,
plumbing fixtures are 95% complete, Balcony balustrades are now complete. Internal floor finishes
(including carpets) are 60% complete.
• Level 2 internal tiling is now complete, cabinetry is 95% complete, plumbing fixtures are 90% complete,
balcony balustrades are now complete, internal floor finishes (including carpets) are 80% complete.
• Level 3 internal tiling is 70% complete, balcony tiling is now complete, cabinetry is 80% complete,
Plumbing fixtures install is 50% complete.
• Level 4 Internal tiling is 80% complete, balcony tiling is now complete, internal painters are 90%
complete, plumbing fixtures install is 40% complete.
